Delete Your Account & Data

Last updated: July 24, 2026

This page explains how to request deletion of your data associated with Unlock, published by Gamintone MB (Lithuania), and what happens to each type of data when you do.

Unlock does not have its own login or user account: you play using your existing Google account, and we never create a separate account for you. Because of that, there is no account of ours to close — instead you can (1) ask us to delete the data we hold about you, and (2) delete the data that Google holds directly, using the Google controls described below.

How to request deletion of the data we hold

To ask us to delete your data, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@gamintone.com, ideally from the email address you used when you contacted us, with the subject line "Account data deletion request".
  2. Tell us it relates to Unlock and include any details that help us find your records — for example, the name and email you used to message support, or the Google Play order number for any purchase you want us to remove from our records.
  3. We confirm and complete the deletion. We may email you to verify the request before acting on it. We will action verified requests without undue delay and within one month. Where a request is complex or we receive a number of requests, we may extend this by up to two further months and inform you about it.

Handling one reasonable request is free. If we are legally required to keep some information (see below), we will delete everything we can and tell you what we must retain and why. Where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive — for example, repetitive requests — the law allows us to charge a reasonable fee or to decline it, and we will explain our reasons if that happens. We may also keep a minimal record that you made a deletion request and how we handled it, so we can demonstrate that we complied.

What is deleted

When you ask us, we delete the personal data we actually hold about you:

  • Support messages. The name, email address, and message content you sent us through the contact form, together with our replies.
  • Purchase/order records we hold that we are not legally required to keep — see retention below.

What is kept, and for how long

A small amount of data cannot be deleted immediately because the law requires us to keep it, or because it is not linked to your identity:

  • Purchase and transaction records that we must retain for accounting and tax purposes are kept for the period required by applicable law in Lithuania (generally up to 10 years), after which they are deleted. We keep only what the law requires.
  • Server access logs (such as IP address and timestamps) are kept for a short period — typically up to several months — for security and to operate the website, then deleted or anonymised. These are not tied to your account.

We may also retain specific information for as long as needed to comply with a legal obligation, to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or to detect and prevent fraud and abuse. We keep only what is necessary for those purposes and delete it once they no longer apply.

Data held by Google — how to delete it yourself

Some data is held directly by Google, not by us, because Unlock relies on Google services. We do not receive or store this data, so you delete it through Google:

  • Saved game progress. If you saved progress, it is stored by Google Play Games Services under your Google account. You can delete it from within the Google Play Games app's settings, which let you delete your Play Games data for this game or for Play Games as a whole. Google's help center has the current steps.
  • Advertising identifier. You can reset or delete your advertising ID from the Google or Ads section of your device settings; the exact location varies by device and Android version.
  • Your Google account and Google Play purchase history are managed by Google at myaccount.google.com.
